Z3 [D6653] Spasming of the screen.

I basically got a new S7 recently, but I occasionally continued using my z3 for mainly pokemon go (as I do not want to root my S7). The past few days however it has been a nightmare man with this z3. The screen has juz been spasming 99% of the time on the top of the screen. So this makes the phone unusable at all... I'm juz unsure of the next step I should take. I'm not willing to replace the screen as aft all I don't see the point but this Z3 has been working well for the past 2 days but it juz stopped working as such. Also, every other time the top part of the screen is not spasming, it is not working at all (insensitive) I have attached some pics
