WiFi wont turn on..plss help

i have a problem with my samsung galaxy grand duos...after i flash twrp using philz touch...wifi wont turn on but the rest are working fine.. i already reboot,clear cache, clearing dalvik cache and even removing battery but all of it nothing works wifi wont still turn on..after a while i decided to switch back to philz touch and after rebooting wifi works again...now my only problem is that when i try to reboot nor shutdown...wifi wont turn on again :(( so i need to reflash philz touch recovery to make it work again...pls help
