My S7 Lock screen clock is reversed, any one encountered the issue?

For example -
If the time is: 18:39, in the lock screen i'm seeing 39:18.

My device is rooted with SuperMan ROM:

And this is not a common rom related issue according to replies i've got over there.
* Tried disabling all xposed modules - problem still persists, this is non-xposed related
* I've checked developer options and option of "Force RTL" is NOT set (Tried setting it to enable - still no change)

Model is SM-G930F

Anyone ever encountered this?
