LogCat, CatLog, Nexus 5, CrashLogs, ConsoleLogs

So I installed this aLotcat on my Android 6.0.1 (Nexus 5) and kind of confused how to read and send logs from a particular app. When I take logs and check later, I feel it is showing some random code not related to the Particular App that I'm looking for. Also, I use the 3 button feature to send my code to my email and from there I c&p my log to the paget I'm testing. Can somebody help me with that? Tia
