Kernel is not seandriod enforcing question

Hi all I am having issues with installing custom kernels. Every time I install one I get Kernel is not seandriod enforcing.

I don't know what this means? I do know when the phone boots up all my apps start to crash. I am on 5.0, boot loader is N9005XXUGBOK4. recover is twrp 3+.

Can someone please help explain whats going on or direct me to thread that has discussed this.
