I'm struggling here. I can't get my comp. to see my phone

I'm running win 10, and out of the blue my comp. can't see my phone. Yes, I have debugging enabled, so I deleted the usb driver to start over. Well, seeing how there is no .exe on driver installs, how do I reinstall the google driver? Windows 10 blows in some ways. This is one of the ways. Thanks
