Galaxy s3 neo screen flickering at the home screen only

I flashed it with official rom and also custom and still the same problem ... screen flickers just in the home screen touchwiz .. I tried other lauchers but it doesn't fix the problem ...
It will be very nice if someone can help me with a solution
