Do you sell your phones with the custom ROM still on it?

Hi, I was just wondering if you guys always revert it back to stock or if you guys sell your phones with the custom rom you currently have on it to people. Just debating on selling the nexus 6p for possibly the Marlin or Note 7 and wondering if I have to figure out how to get it back to stock or not. TIA
