CM12, rooted, working but can't install/access Recovery, please help

Hi, I've my ZU with CM12. If I try to boot into recovery, the phone loop at SONY logo. When i run TWRP Manager, it shows:
App Version: 9.0
TWRP Version: TWRP 2.8.7.0

If i tap in Install TWRP:
Device Name: Sony Xperia Z Ultra
Recovery Installed: TWRP 2.8.7.0

If i select to install another version, for example twrp-2.8.5.0 thats it's the hightest in the list, the file is downloaded, and shows:

Something went wrong
Flashing recovery was unsuccessful. Either you already have this recovery installed or another error has occurred. Would you like to attemp rebooting to recovery now?

If i tap in REBOOT NOW the phone loop at SONY logo again. How i can fix it?
